My Quinceanera!!?

Ok well my quince ( sweet 15 ) is in one year. I have a budget of $3,500. How can I have everything I want and still be on budget? I live in Chicago, Illinois. Well you know the must haves. dress, gloves, tiara, shoes, decorations, the chambelanes tuxs (my court is guys only), invitations, and the banquette.

These are what i want..

1.) a dj that plays hispanic music

2.) photographer/video

3.) a small limo that takes us from church to buckingham fountain for pictures/videos

4.) Choreographer for the baile sorpresa (secret dance)

5.) Make-up artist and hair designer that could come to my house or thats close to midway airport?

How can I accomplish all of this and where can i find the cheapest???

Also where can i get a dress like this but cheaper because i really like it.

My Quinceanera!!?
You might have to sacrifice something but heres what I would do

DJ-find a kid at school/ neighborhood, alot of young, talented DJs would be happy to do ur Quince for real cheap

Choreographer-get a girl from ur neighborhood/danceschool to make up a dance for u. Of course sample the work before you book them.

Photographer-Contact a college for students who major in Photography/ video ask to see their portfolio. College students aways need money

Dress-Take the pic of the dress, and have it made by a dressmaker/tailor.

Invites-Get nice paper at a , get sparkle, stencils, ribbons and glue at a craft store

Makeup-You can go MAC, and ask their makeup artist to come to your house. Look in the phone book/online for other makeup artist, making housecalls usually starts at $100. Again u can call a local Beauty school and have makeup artist student do it, for alot cheaper.

Reply:Get more money.

Lower your standards.

Or,

Be disappointed.

You%26#039;re not gonna get all that for that price, like asking for a new ferrari for $200.
Reply:Invest the money in a high-yield mutual fund. At 10% return you could earn nearly $10,000 in 10 years. Why waste it on some stupid party. Have you no sense of money??
Reply:well you don%26#039;t really need a limo...you can just ride in someones nice car.

you can go to mexico and get a dress for a cheaper price?

you can do your own make-up.
Reply:You wouldn%26#039;t get a hair and make up artist to come to your house, you would have to go to the salon to get it done with that budget.
Reply:I know it may sound strange...but a lot of the actual wedding (bridal) gowns are cheaper than the quince gowns and have the same look. Check it out.
Reply:well search in google ...............
Reply:i would probly ask around at your school, find out who does what, i%26#039;d visit special groups in your school (for example, is there a photography group (recruit someone there who can take your pics), is there a dance/theater group (recruit someone there can help you organize/choreograph the dance). if you hire people for these things, it will cost you about $500 to $1000 for each professional dj, photographer, choreographer (that means $1500 to $3000 just on those 3 things)
